Volunteering

Be the Change You Wish to See

Volunteering with ConnecTeen can be an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling experience. By volunteering with us, you can help others experiencing mental health crises, provide advice to those struggling with friends and family, and help improve young people’s lives.

Volunteering can also be an excellent way to improve your skills, meet new people, and gain valuable professional experience you can apply to virtually any field.

Volunteers must be 15–20 years old to apply with ConnecTeen. If you are older than that but still want to help, you can become a Crisis Line Responder Volunteer with Distress Centre Calgary, where you’ll receive extensive training and support in order to serve those who contact us for assistance.

It’s not just about making a difference in the lives of those we serve—it’s about making a difference in your life as well. Become a volunteer with ConnecTeen today!
