Your mom’s words and attitude are very hurtful. Even if she does believe they’re just a joke, what matters is that they hurt you. Talking to your mother about her actions could help you establish boundaries and give you a chance to explain to her that you find her words hurtful and some of her comments uncomfortable. Talking to any of your family members, such as your dad or your siblings, could also help you understand why your mom says the things she does and how others in your household cope with it. It’s not up to you to put up with hurtful situations.
